Steve Anderson
Steve co-founded Echelon Development & Construction and leads business development, operations, and compliance. Over the past decade he has overseen more than 200 residential projects across San Diego County, from single-room remodels to ground-up construction.
On the compliance side, he manages licensing, insurance, and the regulatory requirements that come with building in San Diego — the details that keep a project moving instead of stalling at inspection. On the operations side, his focus is the part of building most homeowners worry about: communication. Clear scopes, realistic timelines, and no surprises between the estimate and the final
walkthrough.
Steve builds the systems that keep Echelon’s projects organized and works directly with homeowners from the first consultation through
project completion.
Mike Imbriglio
Mike co-founded Echelon Development & Construction and leads sales, estimating, design, and field execution. He brings 17 years in construction and 7 in design, with deep roots in a San Diego construction family — the trade has been in his life since childhood.
Mike walks nearly every project himself. He is the one homeowners meet at the site visit, and the one who translates what they want into a buildable scope and an honest number. His design background means he can talk through finishes, layouts, and tradeoffs before a single demolition day, which is where most remodel regret gets prevented.
He has contributed to more than 200 residential projects across San Diego County.
Mike Holloway
Mike Holloway is a seasoned construction professional at Echelon Development, with a strong background in both field execution and project coordination. His experience spans high-end tenant improvements, custom finishes, and navigating complex site conditions. Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Mike drives successful outcomes on every project.
Jamie Boyle
Jamie Boyle is a dedicated Field Technician at Echelon Development, bringing hands-on expertise and a commitment to quality to every project he takes on. He works directly in the field to ensure that development operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
